Please read the terms and rules governing the use of Phere wedding planning operating system web and mobile platforms.
Last updated: May 2026. By accessing or using the Phere platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not register for or use our services.
1. Acceptable Use & Account Registration
Phere accounts are meant for personal use by wedding couples, family members, and contracted planners. You agree to provide accurate registration details. Sharing access to unauthorized commercial entities or scrapers is strictly prohibited.
2. Payments, Billing & Subscription Renewals
We offer Half-Yearly and Yearly subscription tiers billed in advance. All paid plans include a 14-day risk-free trial. Charges are auto-renewed unless cancelled inside your dashboard profile settings before the renewal date.
3. Disclaimers & Limits of Responsibility
Phere is an administrative expense tracker. We do not act as wedding vendors, coordinators, or escrow handlers. We are not legally responsible for vendor contract defaults, payment settlement failures, or coordinator errors.
4. Modifications to Pricing & Features
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices, package structures, and features. Active yearly subscribers will keep their locked-in rates until the end of their current subscription billing period.
