Last updated: May 2026. This Privacy Policy details our practices regarding the collection, storage, and processing of data within the Phere mobile and web services. By registering for a Phere account, you consent to the handling practices described herein.
1. Zero Vendor Data Sharing
Unlike traditional wedding planning portals that sell your personal details and budget profiles to decorators, caterers, or photographers, Phere strictly operates as a utility OS. We will NEVER sell, share, or monetize your planning data or contact directory.
2. Financial Information Security
All financial data entered inside your wedding ledger (Kharcha, Shagun, and Lena-Dena entries) is securely transmitted via SSL encryption. Cloud-synced data is hosted using Supabase's secure infrastructure with Row-Level Security (RLS) rules.
3. Media Uploads & Receipt Scanning
Images uploaded via our OCR Receipt Scanning module are processed to extract billing data and are safely stored in private cloud storage buckets. Access to these resources is limited only to authorized members of your specific wedding account.
4. Full Control & Account Purges
You retain 100% ownership of your wedding ledger database. You can export your data to Excel or PDF files at any time. If you decide to close your planning database, you can initiate a complete account purge in the settings panel to permanently delete all data.
